It's common knowledge that Facebook has made algorithmic changes lately in order to minimize the organic results by decreasing the reach of your page posts. And now, they continue to make further updates to strengthen the effectiveness of its paid ads.

Facebook announced from their website's recent post that soon, they would include information about websites and apps their users visit in its ad targeting and not minding the user's browse's "Do Not Track" setting. In short, Facebook is integrating its "Retargeting Algorithm" in the hopes of boosting its advertising power.
